ONLINE HOMEBUYER EDUCATION (Click to access eHome America)

This service is offered through a partnership between WNHS and the eHome America platform. The above link will redirect you to a secure, outside portal through which you register, pay, and complete the class.

The class uses the Realizing the American Dream curriculum, which is the same as our in-person workshop. However, the online material does not include the local information we include in our in-person sessions. There is a $45 per person fee associated with the online class. Additionally, in order to receive a certificate of completion, a participate must complete at least one hour of free, individualized housing counseling with a WNHS counselor; the counseling session can be in person or over the telephone.

WORKSHOP FEE

The Homebuyer Workshop (8 hour class) has a fee of $45.00 per household.  This fee must be paid prior to attending classes.
