Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services offers free foreclosure intervention counseling. We are a HUD approved Housing Counseling Agency with highly skilled counselors ready to work with you to help find options to resolve the situation. We can help guide you to achieve the dream of sustaining homeownership!

Attend an upcoming Foreclosure Prevention Workshop.

This service provides in-depth counseling to owners who:

1. Anticipate not being able to make consistent housing payments.
2. Have already become delinquent on their mortgage.
3. Are facing a foreclosure auction date due to default.

If the foreclosure is preventable, we work with the client and the lender to create a plan of action to stop foreclosure and avoid future mortgage defaults. This counseling is designed for home owners in financial distress. Every aspect of default and delinquency is addressed; ways to maximize income and reduce expenses; calculating delinquencies and understanding the players in the mortgage marketplace.
