Just south of the confluence of the Willamette and Mary’s Rivers, Southeast Corvallis offers access to the riverfront at Willamette Park. The recently remodeled and expanded First Alternative Co-op and variety of local businesses can be found along SE Third Street. Larger nearby employers include Evanite Fiber Corporation and FedEx. The downtown area is easily accessible by city buses and a bike path. Lincoln Elementary School serves the area’s young children.
