The Albany "Am I Ready To Buy?" classes are held at the NEW Albany Public Library, 2450 14th Ave.

The location for the Homebuyer Workshop is the Albany Fire Department, Station #14, 2850 Gibson Hill Road NW, Albany, OR.

ALBANY - Am I Ready To Buy? (1 1/2 Hours, FREE)
This is a course for those who are evaluating their readiness to purchase a home in today's market. It includes information on down payment assistance programs, mortgage products, buying a short-sale, foreclsoure, and much more!

WORKSHOP FEE

The Homebuyer Workshop (8 hour class) has a fee of $45.00 per household.  This fee must be paid prior to attending classes.
