Creating safe, affordable housing and healthy communities

2010 MEDIAN FAMILY INCOME LIMITS

Median Family Income (MFI) is a measurement often used to set limits on who is eligible for various housing programs. MFI is based on household size and it is adjusted annually.

Generally speaking, programs that help households become first-time home buyers help households earning 80% or below MFI. Most - but not all - rental housing offered by Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services is rented to households earning 50% or below MFI. A few rental units are set aside for households earning 30% or below MFI.

The following tables should be used only as a guideline to help you get an idea of our eligibility guidelines. Keep in mind that determination of your household income might be affected by certain expenses and sources of income.
