You can make a contribution of cash, real estate, or other assets. Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and contributions are tax deductible. Options for giving include:

	Designate your gift to the program of your choice: Affordable Housing Development, Services to Tenants, Home Ownership Program, or Financial Literacy.
	Leave it to Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services to use your donation where it is most needed.
	Designate your gift to our Revolving Development Fund, a special fund we have set aside to develop new affordable housing. These funds are repaid when a project is completed and the funds are used again for our next project.

Heidi McGowan

Even though Heidi McGowan owned a home before her divorce, she qualified for the first-time homebuyer program because she had never purchased as a single person. With an entry-level job, no savings, and responsibility for two children, she needed help to finance the purchase of a home. The grants and loans she obtained through Corvallis Neighborhood Housing Services made the difference.

"I didn’t believe I could ever buy a house," she says. "I’m grateful for the friend who said ‘just check it out!’
