HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM

The Linn County Housing Rehabilitation Program helps low-income homeowners keep their homes in good repair by offering zero interest, deferred payment loans to qualified borrowers. The program is provided in partnership with a number of local governments in Linn County.
