SERVICES TO TENANTS

Leadership Development: As a resident of one of our housing projects, we will work with you and your neighbors to help you experience safe, healthy neighborhood living. We assist in activities such as organizing neighborhood associations, community gardens, and after-school programs for children.

Information and Referral: If you’re having financial or housing difficulties, we can direct you to community service organizations that provide assistance. In addition, we offer Financial Fitness classes that will help you gain knowledge and confidence about money-related matters such as budgeting, saving, and credit. Through our Homeownership Program, we help renters to become home buyers.
