SOURCES OF SUPPORT

We are a member of the NeighborWorks^® Network, a national affiliation of 230 private nonprofit community development organizations committed to community revitalization and supported by Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation.

We also receive general operating support from the City of Corvallis, the Oregon Community Development Collaborative, and United Way. Additional support comes from foundations, individual and corporate donations, fees for service, fundraising activities, developer fees, and income from housing projects.

Sources of capital for housing development include federal housing and community development funds administered by the City of Corvallis, the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, the Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program, Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation, Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services revolving development funds, and public and private grants and loans.
