Since 1993, we have created 168 units of affordable housing in Corvallis. Each of these units—from renovated apartments to newly constructed two-story homes—is made available to low-income households.
The map to your right shows the locations of rental properties (red) as well as single-family homes that have been developed for purchase (blue). Properties that are currently under development are marked in green.
Sources of capital for housing development include federal housing and community development funds administered by the City of Corvallis, the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, the Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program, Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation, Corvallis Neighborhood Housing Services revolving development funds, and public and private grants and loans. » Read more: AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
